EVALUATION OF QUALITY PETROLS, WHICH ARE REALIZED ON LUTSK PETRIL STATION

Abstract

Goal. The goal of the article is analysis of consumer properties indicators of petrols sold at petrol stations in Lutsk.

Results. It is important to emphasize that the problem of smuggling and falsification of petrols are major problems in the oil market in Ukraine. Most common in the domestic oil market have become shady schemes such as the smuggling of petroleum products by rail and sea transport; fictitious exports of petroleum products for the purpose of illegal VAT refunds; use in oil imports of intermediary companies that have offshore jurisdiction, resulting in a profit directed abroad; ragged transit of fuel and its sale within the country without excise duties; retail sale to consumers under the guise of gasoline petroleum-based gasoline components not subject to the payment of fees; sales to consumers of fuel with lower octane, etc. Thus, shady operations with motor fuel not only harm the state (due to non-payment of excise duty and other taxes), but also consumers from the sale of low-quality fuel.

It was established that the market Lutsk. operates 21 petrol stations. The evaluation of the petrols quality. Overall, the comprehensive quality of operational properties of petrols A-95 is not high, but allowed the rules by the Technical Regulation on Quality for petrols, diesel, marine and boiler fuels.

The practical significance. An assessment of the quality of petrols samples sold at petrol stations in Lutsk, concluded their mostly low quality.
