INFLUENSE OF STRUCTURE PARAMETERS OF LINEN FABRICS ON THE FORMATION OF THEIR CONSUMER PROPERTIES

Abstract
Purpose. Evaluate the impact parameter structure, primary and final processing of the linen fabrics on the formation of their consumer properties
Methodology. In the article using current state standards prescribed methods. Research and assessment of changes in the mechanical and aesthetic properties of the investigated tissue was performed using conventional tools (wrenches, physico-chemical, colorimetric) and visual expert methods.
Findings. To preserve the inherent fiber and flaxseed products from its unique mechanical and hygienic properties wardrobe-shirt fabric should not contain more than 20-25% of synthetic fibers and their low toxicity paint should be synthetic or even better vegetable dyes. Formation of high consumer properties of linen tissue requires deeper research in the greening of modern technology whitening (use "cold" resource-saving technology), painting (purposeful selection of synthetic and natural dyes), greening technologies shrinking processing (through the use nonformaldehyde drugs) and further improvement of standardization of criteria, methods and methodologies for assessing the environmental properties of these tissues.
Originality. Found that linen fabrics must not contain more than 20-25% of synthetic fibers and their low toxicity paint should be synthetic or even better vegetable dyes
The practical value. Theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific problems, manifested in increasing durability linen tissues through targeted recruitment of fibrous tissue, makes appropriate dyes and dressing, as well as environmentally friendly modes of prescription and technological processing.
