Abstract

The quality of milk products is reviewed in the article, that are realized by sales networking in Lviv, the requirements of the national standards were defined. The research of the quality of samples of kefir, yoghurt and ryazhenka is carried out of different commodity according to organoleptic and physical and mathematical indicators
