Abstract

The compounding of alcohol tinctures of herbal raw material for liquor production. The questions tovarovednyh quality assessment developed alcohol infusions from plants with reduced toxic effect. A organoleptic, physical- chemical evaluation of the quality and safety indicators defined prototypes.
