Abstract

 The article analyzes the main organizational requirements for the individual student. The influence of leadership skills in organizational skills student at the university is defined. The general organizational and administrative classification and evaluation criteria of leadership management modern type is offered. The model of formation and development of managerial skills in students is reviewed.
